10/3 Food

Today I upped the fat. 2 blocks more per meal. Total of 26 fat blocks for the day. See how it goes.

B'fast: Smoothie
2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Cups Whole Milk
3 Tablespoons of Whey
21 Almonds

Lunch: 4 Oz. Shredded Chicken
1 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Apple
Banana
3.5 Tsp of Peanut Butter

Snack: 2 Yogurts
15 Almonds

Dinner:
I splurged. Had my favorite greek food down the road
2 Steak Kababs
Pita with Hummus
Peppers
Onions
Majadara

Definitely wasn't zone, but tasted soo good.
